Print the picture would be the best bet or try to find the style in a magazine. You cannot see the back of hair so it would be difficult to describe the cut to a stylist. From the picture it just looks like a side part with side bangs and a lot of layers. I would opt for trying to find the style in a hair magazine and buying it and take it to the salon. a good stylist means, she know about her job i.e to see what style suits you best. all you have to tell her , what length you want, and how you want to maintain them. as you have to carry your hairs so you must guide your stylist about your convenience.for example some want them short and easy to maintain yet they want them long enough to tie them up when they want.
