You need to get it cut and also condition it alot. Try not to wash it too much with shampoo cause that will just dry it out more. Try sebastians potion 9 its about $20.00 but it is a really good leave in conditioner. Also try hair masks.

Ah, yes! Something most of us have done in our lives! The news is not great but it could be worse. You really do need to get a significant cut. There are tons of mid or shorter length styles that are popular right now. Unfortunately, if you don't cut it, it will continue to break %26amp; split and will not allow for proper growth. Get a great cut, a great shampoo %26amp; deep conditioner. One more thing, if you blow dry, straighten, or use a curling iron then a heat protector would help alot. Remember, it may suck now..... but it WILL grow back! Good luck!
