I went to get a haircut today and the hair person was really weird. She was filling in for my regular hair stylist. She was almost drunk and she was wearing a little hoodie with the hood up. She looked like the Michelin Marshmallow Man. She is really weird. She gave me a huge bald spot and she was laughing out of control. She kept screaming and flirting with me. She was drinking while cutting my hair. I was scared of her. What do I do about her.

Wow. That really sucks. If I were you I would definitely report her to her manager. That is about all you can do. But I wouldn't go bad mouthing the whole salon to your friends just because of that one person. It's not fair to them especially if they are doing a good job. Good luck. Hopefully you can get her out of there.

report her to the manager and demand compensation and never go back, bad mouth the salon to all your friends. Word of mouth goes a long way.
